Role Overview
AttackticLabsisseekingaversatileandhighlydisciplinedBusinessCoordinatortomanageour technical operations and logistics.As an authorized channel partner for global leaders such as Mettler Toledo and Teledyne, we require a professional who can bridge the gap between technical system management and physical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Odoo CRM/ERP system, ensuring all business workflows are digitized and maintained accurately.
- Order-to-Cash Cycle: Manage the complete lifecycle of customer orders, including issuing Purchase Orders (POs) to OEMs, generating invoices, and maintaining service reports.
- Logistics & EXIM: Coordinate domestic and international shipments. This includes managing relationships with freight forwarders for imports.
- Partner Coordination: Act as the primary operational point of contact for OEM partners, ensuring compliance with authorized partnership standards.
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and effective management of administrative processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge web technologies is a strong advantage.
- Software Proficiency: Prior experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
- Discipline: A proven track record of discipline and analytical thinking.
- Work Ethic: High level of adaptability and a "can-do" attitude, capable of handling high-pressure situation.
